Hello my name is Julie and I’d like to welcome you to my website.
I am based in Churchdown close access to Gloucester, Tewkesbury and the Forest of Dean.
I offer a variety of massages from de-stressing & relaxing, through to Sports & deep tissue massage. Also Holistic treatments to heal aches, pains, headaches, sinus and hormonal problems.
Since I qualified in 2001, I have attended many workshops designed to increase knowledge and expertise in my fields of which I feel passionate about. Treating backs are my speciality.
My understanding to help a person get better is treat the cause and not the symptom, to view the person as a whole, see what else is going on in their lives, posture, eating/ drinking habits/ water intake. I help choose the right treatment for the symptom the client comes to me with.
So why suffer? Honour your body and treat yourself.
I came to practice Holistic Therapies after receiving a course of treatments following an injury. I felt that my therapist was ‘worth their weight in gold’ and that is how I would like my clients to feel about me.
Many years and experience later, I feel confident I can make an improvement to my clients health and well being. Fatigued, stressed and damaged bodies are now soothed, repaired and revitalised.

I have since found Holistic Therapies fascinating and studying infectious. If I am not studying a new therapy I am perfecting an existing one, improving my techniques and knowledge for the benefit of my clients.
